Primary Responsibilities :
- Seek potential clients and maintain relationships with new and current stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies in creating new business networks and managing sales pipelines.
- Planning and directing marketing campaigns and collaborating with sales and other teams to reach targets.
- Manage customer expectations while consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide timely reports, forecasts, updates, and strategic opportunities, plans and procedures.
- Uphold company reputation in the industry.
- Check parts to ensure they meet ISO quality standards.
- Ability to examine and evaluate all current and incoming laptops, printers, and other electronic device parts / components to ensure they are in full working condition.
- Maintain regular documentation of all refurbishing and repair activities.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years experience in Sales or Business DevelopmentPost-secondary and / or equivalent experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking skills, organization and time management skills.Driven to create objective and targets and achieve results.Ability to quickly solve problems and make informed and well-thought-out decisions.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Certification in IT asset management (e.g., Certified IT Asset Manager) or diploma / certification in Computer Hardware is a plus.
