Position Overview The Operation Specialist is responsible for safely operating a Reach Truck / Order Picker or Clamp Operator to perform responsibilities within the warehouse operations.
Position Responsibilities - Perform Reach / Order Picker or Clamp responsibilities- Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplishing shift goals.
- Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using both a Reach / Order Picker or Forklift or on hand (able to lift 50lb)- Experience in handling tires are preffered- Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Reconcile inbounds with packing slips - Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.- Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications - Required - High School Diploma / GED equivalent required- Experience in logistics / distribution center is asset- Knowledgeable of RF systems in a logistics environment- Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork- Ability to follow oral and / or written instructions- Experience in leading a team is a plus CJ Logistics America We provide integrated supply chain services for customers around the world, maximizing customer value through continuous improvement and innovation.
