Role Description
The Program Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, organization, and daily operation of Olive’s Branch. This position supports members in their recovery journey by maintaining a welcoming, structured, and secure environment while upholding the values of compassion, dignity, and empowerment. Program Attendants are responsible for monitoring site access, supporting members’ day-to-day needs, administering medications, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, this role combines strong interpersonal skills with professional boundaries and trauma-informed practice.
Qualifications
Shifts are casual and include : Days (7-3PM) Afternoons are a fluctuating time from (3-9PM or 5-9PM or 5-11PM) and Nights (11PM-7AM). This position is for $20 / hr.
