Job Title : Field Engineer (Upstream Oil & Gas)
Location : Midland, TX
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct field equipment walkdowns and verify P&ID vs. As-is conditions
- Mark up engineering documents based on field observations
- Capture equipment data and photos using handheld inspection applications
- Submit detailed reports of field walkdowns on a daily basis
Requirements :
- High school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience OR Engineer / Diploma in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in upstream Oil & Gas fields
- Knowledge of onshore well pads and facilities preferred
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify engineering documents such as P&ID, PFD, Isometrics, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office tools
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Strong planning and reporting abilities, including the preparation of work requirement checklists and QA / QC checklists
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
