What Youll Be Doing

• Greet and assist visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Manage the flow of information within the office in the form of incoming calls couriers mail and emails
• Provide administrative support including AP invoice processing expense report submittals and support to managers as needed
• Manage meeting room bookings equipment and assist with meetings
• Maintain organized reception area and common spaces and manage office and lunchroom supplies

What Are We Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office setting with regular interaction with internal teams and external visitors. It requires consistent on-site presence and collaboration.
