Our client is a leading manufacturer supporting prominent international brands and retailers.
Reporting to the CEO, the President will be responsible for providing the strategic, operational, leadership and management direction for the business to achieve overall growth and profitability targets.
The President will ensure the core foundation is in place to support commercial and operational initiatives. The President will drive new business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers while ensuring the Company remains a high-quality manufacturing solution to leading brands.
The President will play an integral role in developing cohesive, purposeful, and energetic management team.
First Year Deliverables :
- Work with the CEO to align the strategic plan with the goal of realizing significant revenue growth. Ensure the business is operationally set up for significant revenue growth while improving profitability over 3 years.
- Execute an established strategy to ensure that the front end of the business is set up for success, including systems, processes people and organizational structure.
- Improve efficiency and automation to increase competitive pricing opportunities and offset the impact of a high inflationary economic environment.
- Explore opportunities to invest in manufacturing lines, focused on automated technology solutions and integration with customers and suppliers.
Our ideal candidate will have proven general management experience gained in the contract manufacturing or private label industry.
The President will have a proven track record of successfully running and growing a business resulting in a reputation as a dedicated and disciplined leader who consistently meets or, overachieves business growth and profitability targets.
The President will be solution and results orientated and have a strong work ethic, with a hands-on leadership approach.
With the current emphasis on short term profitable sales growth in North America and internationally, and a longer-term focus on exponential growth, the role also requires proven experience in global sales and marketing experience, new market development, new product development, financial and foreign exchange management, and astute business acumen.
Candidates with experience leading all corporate functions within a contract manufacturing environment will be given preference.
