As a Account Executive, you will...
Demonstrate the platform to potential clients , effectively communicating the features, benefits, and added value of Heylist.Adopt a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach that takes into account the client's unique business objectives and challenges, offering tailored recommendations aligned with Heylist's offering.Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and generate new opportunities for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.Manage the entire sales cycle and meet / exceed quotas by using the CRM system to track opportunities and outcomes, monitor sales performance, and accurately forecast revenue.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams , including business development, customer success, marketing, and product teams.Share customer feedback to : align needs with the product, address challenges, improve processes, and identify new opportunities.Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders to increase value perception, adoption, and buy-in for the Heylist platform.In addition to the responsibilities described above, Heylist will support you in identifying your interests and development opportunities, and we will help you integrate them into your role.
About you You will succeed as a Account Executive if you are...
Experienced with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing B2B sales quotas, preferably in a technology / SaaS environment, and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry. Bachelor's degree required.High-performing, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals. You also possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Responsible , you manage all aspects of account management and the entire sales cycle. You take pride in your work and own the results.Resilient, you are able to adapt to change, overcome challenges, and learn from your mistakes, while remaining motivated and focused on your goals.Proactive, you are independent and solve problems .
