Your future role on our team
As a Civil project Manager, you will be a key part of ourspecialised Civil / Structural and Geotechnical engineering team in Vancouver,
BC. Your role on the Vancouver team will involve both technical execution and
leadership, following a seller-doer model—leading projects, developing client
relationships, and contributing to business development efforts.
You will take ownership of mid-sized projects in the mining,
renewable energy, chemical, and heavy industrial sectors, guiding them from
concept to execution while also being hands-on in technical work.

- Lead the delivery of studies and detailed engineering mandates for heavy civil projects, ensuring high-quality technical solutions
- Act as the proposal lead, preparing technical proposals, defining project scope, and engaging with clients to secure new work
- Participate actively in business development, working closely with our leadership team to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
- Review and approve engineering design packages including reports, studies, estimates, budgets, schedules, drawings, calculations, specifications, quotations, proposals, presentations
- Take a hands-on approach to project execution, balancing leadership with technical contributions
- Mentor and support junior engineers and project leaders, fostering their technical and leadership growth
- Supervise and commission engineering solutions, including site inspections and contractor coordination
- Engage in risk management and project performance tracking, communicating results to clients regularly
