Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee office operations. This role is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules and communications, coordinating travel and meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel
- Draft and edit communications and presentations
- Organize board meetings and follow up on action items
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relations
- Plan events and team activities
- Maintain policies, records, and budgets
- Support onboarding / offboarding and assist with special projects
