Your Opportunity

Dillons Data Integration Services Practice is looking for a Discipline Lead to fill an existing vacancy within our multidisciplinary team of professionals . You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. You will be a driving force in our continued growth and success across Canada. You will lead a talented team of technical experts fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring we remain at the forefront of geospatial and data analytics services.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Innovation

• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with industry trends and best practices providing geospatial and data analytics services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Disciplines technical skills.
• Drive the integration of new technologies to improve internal processes and reduce costs.
• Deliver significant innovation projects with supporting business cases and success metrics.
• Encourage the use of new solutions and showcase successful efficiency improvements.

$90000 / y to $130000 / y

Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicants education experience and skills in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range contingent on factors unrelated to an applicants gender or other status protected by provincial and / or federal law.
