Role - Scrum Master
Location : Remote ( Canada ) - EST hours
Detailed JD :
Conduct Daily scrum standup meeting / PI Planning / Grooming / Retro / Demo
Conduct / Attend the Scrum of Scrum meeting
Work with product owners in developing / creating user stories and epics
Weekly Backlog grooming and creating the prioritized product backlog in conjunction with product owner and sprint team
Create sprint backlog, Sprint planning with Sprint team based on average velocity . Create tasks in Jira Board / Rally
Work with the customer / product owner to remove blockers
Sprint Demo / validate the deliverables with the customer
Retrospective meeting with the team.
