Insight Global is looking for a Functional Analyst to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. This person will be working on their Avature application for it operational usage by their internal TA team during their peak hiring season.
This will include answering tickets around different hiring integrations and configurations such as job letters, onboarding, job templates etc.
They will be partnering across other Functional Analyst and Business Analysts to gather requirements and document what needs to be built and tested.
This person will thrive in a large team environment, have excellent communication and have the ability efficiently deliver on projects.
MUST HAVES :
3-4 years experience as a Functional
1+ years with Avature
experience supporting ticket delivery around hiring processes / TA environment
Great communication and experience working in large teams
