Job Summary

The Machinist at our Windsor Mold Tooling Facility will set up machines using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and milling machines to cut metal and other materials into products with precise dimensions.

Job Responsibilities

• Program and operate 5-axis CNC performing 3D and 2D work.
• Use FCS and other fixturing systems to create a stable working holding arrangement for workpiece.
• Check the machine tool's calibration and motion accuracy.
• Have working knowledge of the tools, fixtures, and processes utilized in the machining departments.
• Perform all required machining checks for quality, schedule, and perform maintenance and repairs to machinery.
• Accountable for machine set-up and / or operations and / or maintenance, and / or troubleshooting.
• Ability to adhere and complete work within specified timelines.
• Must be prepared to work on various shifts with and without supervision.
