We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer to join our team of designers, developers, and creatives. In this role, you’ll shape meaningful digital experiences through intuitive design, smart storytelling, and user-centered thinking. You’ll develop refined interfaces and scalable design systems that not only look great but solve real problems for our clients and their customers. You understand how design and user experience work together – balancing aesthetics, functionality, and business needs. You’re comfortable taking ownership of ideas, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and keeping projects on track from concept to launch.
This is an in‑office role based in Calgary, AB. This is not a remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Design engaging, user‑centered digital experiences from concept to completion
- Translate strategy, research, and user insights into intuitive interfaces and design systems
- Ensure consistency across brand and digital experiences while pushing creative boundaries
- Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and content strategists to refine design solutions through iterative feedback
- Contribute to (and help evolve) internal workflows, design standards, and best practices
