This hybrid role reports to a Team Manager and focuses on generating sales and revenue by promoting Xplore’s products and services directly to residential customers within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive door-to-door outreach within your assigned territory to identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of Xplore’s products and services and articulate the company’s competitive advantage.
• Effectively communicate pricing, packages, and promotions to potential customers.
• Process orders and document customer requests.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other designated systems.
• Report field intelligence such as brand and competitive intelligence to your Team Manager.
• Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge and translate that knowledge into tailored solutions for customers.
