Sr Document Controller & Data Analytics - Oil & Gas Industry
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Information Management (EIM) and Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interpreting engineering and information specifications, with experience in various EIM applications. This role involves connecting applications with documents and ensuring accessible information for end-users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret and apply engineering and information specifications to EPCs.
- Explain document numbering and equipment tagging as per SPAC.
- Connect tagging to documentation and applications.
- Utilize and integrate EIM applications such as Aveva, ASSAI, UPV, ihoc, and digital twin (Conspirator).
- Ensure efficient digitization and data scraping processes.
- Make information available within 30 seconds to end-users.
- Develop strategies to improve document management and data integration.
Qualifications :
Proven experience with EIM applications (Aveva, ASSAI, UPV, ihoc, digital twin).Strong understanding of engineering and information specifications.Ability to connect applications with documents seamlessly.Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts.Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.Preferred Skills :
