Job Duties

This Business Analyst Co‑Op - Winter role will provide project and sustainment support assistance for the team accountable for the contact center at Hydro One Networks.

Work may include activities such as the following :

• Meeting coordination
• Collection and management of critical project artifacts
• Process documentation
• Meeting presentation deck support and meeting participation

What will you learn?

A thorough understanding of the many different facets of technology required to run and deliver technology changes for a transmission and distribution company in the Contact Center workspace.

The base salary for this role considers a variety of factors, including candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, education, and any applicable collective agreement requirements for union‑represented positions.
