Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a strong Operations Coordinator with real estate and leasing experience for our valued client in Edmonton! In this permanent role you will apply your expertise while being a part of a dynamic and growing team.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Review and edit lease agreements
- Engage with prospective tenants professionally
- Exemplify exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Conducting walk-throughs with prospective renters
- Utilize your organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Assist with administration functions as needed to facilitate the leasing process
- Additional Ad hoc duties as required
Your strengths include :
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Yardi is an asset
- Focus and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and ask for assistance when required
