A typical day :
- Complete light maintenance in commercial settings such as shopping malls.
- Complete light mechanical repairs.
- Complete light electrical repairs.
- Complete fire alarm by-passes.
- Complete general building clean up.
Successful candidates will have :
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Mechanically inclined, well versed with hands and power tools.
- Experienced with fire alarm by-passes.
- Reliable transportation to and from site.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work on-call as required.
