Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and support the web analytics instrumentation architecture.
Create, test, and verify new analytics data capture designs based on stakeholders' reporting needs and business objectives.
Lead the implementation of technical instrumentation through execution teams using agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Participate in triaging analytics-related issues (both in formal development and on an ad hoc basis), and share that knowledge with other stakeholders and partners.
Identify opportunities to expand web analytics collection, especially when they are related to key performance indicators.
Consistently evaluate and where necessary refactor the analytics architecture to improve stability, flexibility, scalability, and future-proofing.
Build collaborative relationships with engineering and technical teams across the company, sharing best practices and identifying new integration opportunities.
Increase the velocity of Web Analytics implementations by working with engineering teams.
Get technical stakeholders' ad hoc requests for web performance analysis done as soon as possible and respond to them.
Required skills :
Strong development experience in JavaScript , HTML , weblog databases, and data warehousing.
Hands-on experience with current JavaScript framework technologies with a preference for React , Angular , and component-driven development
Good experience with Adobe Analytics and custom data collection systems. (Nice to have)
Any exposure to tag management systems like Google Analytics or GTM and DTM . (Must have)
Knowledge of web analytics data and data structures.
Ability to influence and drive technical adoption of analytics products.
Strong communication skills with engineers and marketing.
