Join us as a System Reliability Engineer II and help powerthe performance, resilience, and reliability of our global systems. In thisrole, you’ll craft and fine-tune monitoring, alerting, andanalytics pipelines across a modern stack—think Elastic, Prometheus,Kubernetes, Grafana, andmore. You’ll lead smooth deployments, troubleshoot complexissues, and dig into performance data to keep our platforms running at theirbest. What You'll Do :
- Design, deploy, and optimize software systemswhile configuring and maintaining a wide range of performancemonitoring, data-gathering, and troubleshooting tools.
- Ensure the stability and peak performance of globalcloud-hosted systems across multiple self-hosted and cloud data centers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhanceinfrastructure, strengthen system reliability, anddeliver accurate, timely analysis and logging data.
- Mentor Level I engineers by providing guidance, technicalsupport, and first-level escalation for complex issues.
Who You Are :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / Information Technology orrelated field or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree plus (3+) years of experience working within asoftware development or hosting environment as a Technical Analyst, SystemsAnalyst, Software Engineer, or System Reliability EngineerOne plus (1+) years of experience working with monitoringand observability systemsThree plus (3+) years of experience working with Windows orLinux server operating systemsThree plus (3+) years of experience troubleshooting andanalyzing software systemsFundamental understanding of how web applications work andhow to troubleshoot themSolid understanding of monitoring and analysis techniquesStrong analysis and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated knowledge of Windows and Linux performanceindicatorsDemonstrated ability to use analysis data to detect andpredict system degradationExcellent troubleshooting and system analysis skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsIdeal to Have :
