• Test Engineer
• , you’ll own and optimize processes that shape the future of MEMS innovation.
• What you’ll do
• Own and improve manufacturing test processes for MEMS devices
• Develop and optimize test methods for new product development
• Maintain and enhance production databases and test programs
• Troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement to boost yield and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols
• Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues
• Qualify and maintain test equipment for peak performance
• Support smooth transitions from development to manufacturing
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and supervisors to solve problems
• What you need
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Required : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
• Required : 2+ years of test / probe experience in MEMS or semiconductor industry
• Required : Knowledge of test technologies, processes, and tools
• Advantage : Familiarity with optics and cameras
• Advantage : Programming skills (Python, LabVIEW, C#, SQL)
• Advantage : Understanding of statistical analysis and design of experiments
