We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist Project Lead to join our team. This role is crucial for spearheading innovative marketing strategies that align with our company’s overarching strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work with health, medical, and dental verticals across North America, interfacing with leadership teams and General Managers to ensure the seamless implementation of effective marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Strategist Project Lead will be guided by Portfolio Director Business Development and Portfolio Managing Director, Company General Managers from businesses across various vertical markets to identify and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

They will create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all marketing projects are executed on time. The successful candidate will require a deep understanding of Digital Marketing, exceptional communication and organizational skills to guide projects forward toward successful outcomes.

The Marketing Strategist Project Lead will be an integral part of our marketing team, reporting directly to the Portfolio Director Business Development and Portfolio Managing Director.

You will be the linchpin between our company’s leadership and the execution of marketing strategies, working alongside General Managers and leadership teams in the medical and dental verticals.

This position offers a unique vantage point to influence the company's direction and growth through strategic marketing leadership.

The successful candidate will create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all marketing projects are executed on time.

The successful candidate will require a deep understanding of Digital Marketing, exceptional communication and organizational skills to guide projects forward toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of companies in the medical & dental vertical markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.

Market Research :

  • Conduct in-depth research within each client's industry, identifying market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals.

Marketing Strategy Development :

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans for each client, focusing on strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
  • Develop detailed marketing roadmaps, including specific tactics and campaigns.

Execution and Implementation :

  • Work closely with clients to execute marketing strategies, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Cross-Company Collaboration :

  • Pivot between multiple clients in the medical & dental vertical markets, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to leverage expertise and resources.

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Generate regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • A self-starter personality who excels at prioritizing, planning, and collaborating with a focus on delivering solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (able to lead meetings)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of SaaS digital marketing is a plus
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal is essential
  • Proficiency in French (written and verbal) is considered an asset.
  • Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot experience is an asset
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
