FT/PT Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Position, 2 months Rental Assistance and on site mentoring from 2 senior physiotherapists.

The requirement for mentoring into a pelvic floor practice is an introduction to pelvic health course (with required palpation skills for internal examination). Learn the protocols and procedures for treating the Pelvic Floor and Core with hands on instruction. For a full time candidate an education allowance is available annually to help you develop your skills and progress your caseload.

Our experienced staff is there for you! Once you are ready, our full-time receptionist will book appropriate beginner level pelvic floor patients to fill your caseload. Work with our experienced team to trouble shoot your caseload. Staff skill training sessions are scheduled monthly.

Treating patients one on one is ideal when learning a new facet of our profession. Other Pelvic floor clinics require up to 8 weeks of training / shadowing unpaid. Build your caseload and clinic hours according to your desired lifestyle. With a mixture of orthopedic and pelvic floor patients, our caseload is never boring or routine. Our Medical Centre is closed for weekends and stat’s, excellent for achieving life-work balance.

Equipment in the PG Pelvic Floor and Core Centre is top of the line. Learn about biofeedback, muscle stimulation, and real time ultrasound from experienced practitioners. Gain training and “hands on” with all of these modalities. Full time or Part time hours are available on contract. Our experienced staff will take care of the billing, booking, and promotion. You spend your time on the development of your craft, and on your patient care.
