Project Context

The engineer ensures that all supplier or designer-produced parts meet engineering and quality requirements on the plant. Acting as the ears and eyes of the engineering team, the DRE plays a critical role in validating compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering and compliance documents for each part, including :
• COE checklist (Center of Excellence)
• DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
• Ensure requirements are fully met before release
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams
• Use CAD viewing tools to validate engineering details (no modeling / designing required)
