The Opportunity

You’ll be involved in remote-supporting device installations, sensor calibrations, troubleshooting, and data analysis, whilst working alongside dynamic cross-functional teams in operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide remote assistance during device installations and maintenance.
• Be the first responder, addressing installation, power, network, and setup issues.
• Conduct sensor calibration using cutting-edge proprietary tools for precise data accuracy.
• Analyze collected data, collaborating with internal and external teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installation and calibration activities, contributing to a comprehensive Knowledge Base.
