International Rive-Nord, a heavy truck dealership in business for over 70 years, is currently looking for a technical advisor on the evening shift to complete its team in Laval.

Do you have experience in customer service and good communication skills? Don’t hesitate to apply!

Competitive salary variable depending on experience (up to $35.00 / h)

Bonus of $2 / hour for the evening shift

Responsibilities :

Determine customer needs (by email, telephone or in person)

Make a cost estimate for the necessary work

Follow up on work with mechanics in the workshop

Inform customers about the progress of the work, deadlines and / or additional costs

Provide explanations related to repairs and maintenance services Inform customers about accessories and / or additional maintenance

If necessary, perform any other necessary task related to the job.

Requirements :

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a customer service or sales position (1 year minimum)

Concerned about putting the customer first

Good command of the Microsoft Office suite

Demonstrated ability to work without supervision

English (desired)
