Warranty Service Technician - Residential - GTA

• Resolve and repair post PDI issues and other customer requests
• Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
• Everything from framing to drywall, tiles, lay hardwood and more
• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. install cabinets)
• Repair equipment or appliances
• Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
• Identify and report the need for major repairs

• 5+ years experience in construction as a low rise Service Technician for residential New Build construction
• Strong team player with a solutions focused mindset and ability to understand sophisticated ways
• Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
• Additional tasks and duties as required
