Certified Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Mill-Fab is seeking Four Certified Industrial Maintenance Electricians to perform electrical task as needed to keep Production flowing. The candidate will be on a Continental rotation in a food plant setting, located in the Belleville area. Overtime is paid for any hours worked outside of the schedule rotation and Double time will apply on Statutory Holidays.

Mill-Fab offers a competitive wage of $45.35 an hour, Matched RSP Contribution Pension Plan [up to $4500.00 a year], Benefits, Boot Allowance, Uniforms and Quarterly bonuses based on Performance Targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Read and Interpret blueprints.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of industrial equipment.
• Working as a team member or alone to complete projects.
• Observing safety procedures and meeting electrical codes.
• Making decisions based on technical documents.
• Performing quality testing and inspections.
• Work and Operate PLC Control Systems, Servo Drives, AC / DC Drives [Allen Bradley]
• Obey, respect and follow all Lockout / Tagout procedures safely and responsibly.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts and various lifts.
• Read SDS [Safety Data Sheets] and act in accordance with the hazards, take the necessary precautions and use the PPE [Personal Protection Equipment] required.
• Willing to work overtime if needed based on project demands.
