Your New Role
The VP of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives.
This role will involve overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing, including market analysis, brand development, sales operations, and customer relationship management.
Key duties will include :
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet the company’s goals and objectives, including developing price lists.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve high performance and productivity.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new projects. Advise on the unit mix, exterior and interior design, and layout of new projects.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Participate in strategic meetings, contribute to the direction of the company.
- Oversee the customer experience process ensuring all customers receive a positive experience.
- Build relationships with realtor network and various vendors.
What Sets You Apart
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership and marketing experience in the real estate industry. You should be positive, organized, strategically minded, and capable of leading large teams and projects that can span multiple years.
A comprehensive understanding of budgets and project costs, the ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, and familiarity with current marketing strategies are essential.
You should possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a proven ability to coach and mentor direct reports. Creativity in content and design, along with outstanding customer service skills, is also required.
