Position Overview :
We are looking to hire a reliable Bookkeeper, who is willing to perform a wide range of Accounting Tasks in the office setting for the department and / or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain balances and recording Invoices & payments.
- Mailing vendors & customers regarding payments.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Recording entries into QuickBooks
- Maintaining Excel sheets
Key Competencies :
- Proficient in MS Office : Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Understanding of QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
