Who You Are

You are a highly creative and innovative thinker with a proven ability to solve abstract problems and develop strategic, yet practical solutions.

You have a strong ability to analyze complex data and to synthesize and present the information in a way that builds consensus with key stakeholders.

You have experience presenting to senior-level clients and have demonstrated experience in leading strategic assessments, strategic business cases and developing organizational growth strategies.

You thrive in team environments that allow you to excel in a leadership position, develop others and support the breadth of work we provide our clients as well as our work hard / play hard culture found within Carpedia.

In addition, you will meet the following requirements :

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a project management and / or consulting role;
• Expertise in Network Optimization, Go-to-Market Strategy Development, Organizational Structure Design, Supply Chain Planning, and Pro-Forma Modeling;
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (business education preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex business ideas across all levels in an organization.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in leadership / coaching.
• Advanced analytical and solutioning skills with a high attention to detail.
• Superior MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working / intermediate proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time as defined by project requirements. All employees are required to have a valid driver’s license, and a valid Canadian, American, or Mexican passport and be eligible to qualify for a TN work visa under NAFTA;
