Description de la mission
Au sein de la Business Unit Talent, vous serez rattaché au Head of Marketing Campaigns au sein d’une équipe dynamique basée à Montréal.
Vous devrez élaborer et exécuter des campagnes de marketing visant à promouvoir des produits, des services sur une cible client donnée.
En tant que Responsable Marketing Canada, vous allez :
- Concevoir un plan de campagne en collaboration avec le Product Marketing Manager, aligné sur la Proposition de Valeur et en coordination avec l'équipe Inside Sales,
- Utiliser la Data et la Gen IA pour concevoir des programmes marketing ciblés et personnalisés pour nos clients, avec pour objectif de contribuer au pipeline commercial en générant des upsells et des migrations,
- Utiliser des outils tels qu'Asana, Marketo pour mettre en place des campagnes, Salesforce et PowerBi pour suivre leur performance, et Microsoft 365 pour partager les résultats,
- Assurer une communication continue avec les équipes commerciales pour la création et le suivi de la performance des campagnes marketing.
Profil
- Issu d'une formation en marketing, vous possédez une expérience significative de 3 ans minimum acquise en marketing opérationnel, orientée génération de leads et / ou channel marketing,
- Tourné vers l’action et sur la qualité de l’exécution du plan marketing, votre réponse préférée à une demande est Ok on va trouver une solution plutôt que Oh, ça va être compliqué!
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre dynamisme, votre polyvalence et votre relationnel,
- Vous maîtrisez les outils marketing et avez une aisance sur les aspects du Marketing Digital
- Vous êtes proactif et autonome pour agir en véritable chef d'orchestre.
