Responsibilities

• Process routine cash and non-cash related member transactions and respond to member requests via telephone, electronic and digital channels.
• Build and manage relationships with members and provide trusted financial advice.
• Analyze member needs and assist members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs by outlining benefits and alternatives and advising on the best match.
• Identify member opportunities and take appropriate actions to promote credit union products and services; refer to other staff where appropriate.
