What We Need
We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Graphic Design to joined Element. This role plays a critical role for Element’s Corporate Marketing team and will deliver outstanding creative and graphic design that takes our content and brand to the next level.

A creative visual storyteller?
Always on the look-out for ways to bring content to life for your audience, whether it’s through video, graphic design, or any of the mixed media tools at your disposal?
A Day in the Life
Working with our corporate and commercial marketing teams on Element branded content for prospects, clients and drivers
Develop and deliver visual elements for omni-channel marketing assets including, but not limited to presentations, infographics, email templates, website content, social media, signage and promotional materials.
Generate unique graphical elements and layouts using our brand standards
Edit and produce online video content.
Edit and produce animated banners to support paid activity
Other types of content include digital newsletters, podcasts, and webinars
Help Deploy communications using email, marketing automation tools (i.e., Pardot) as well as website content management systems (Bloomreach, WordPress)
Work across our group on different projects.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital and print graphic design and video production / editing / animation
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design principles
Excellent communications and time management skills
Experience in B2B industry preferred
Strong writing skills
Agility and a can-do’ mindset
