AGM Home Renovations is currently in search of an experienced Structural Wall Removal Team to join our operation as a subcontractor.
If you have experience in structural wall removals and collaborate with engineers to obtain stamped engineer drawings, we want to hear from you.
Requirements : Proven experience in structural wall removals Collaboration with engineers to obtain stamped engineer drawings.
Possession of WSIB and liability insurance Ability to travel across GTA Responsibilities : Perform structural wall removals as required.
Coordinate with engineers to ensure compliance with regulations. Site Cleanup : Thoroughly cleaning the work area once demolition is complete, including removal of debris and dust to leave the site in a safe and tidy condition.
Compliance with Building Codes : knowledge and adherence to all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations governing structural alterations and demolition work.
