CUPE (Office, Clerical & Technical) The Near North District School Board requires a 0.5 Permanent School Secretary Effective August 26, 2024 Location : West Ferris Intermediate and High Schools The successful candidate will support school administration in duties associated with the day-to-day operation of an elementary school.
Qualifications : Minimum Grade 12 education 1-3 years secretarial experience in a school environment Skills Required : High level of competence in secretarial and general office procedures Sound knowledge of MS Office and Student Information System (SIS) Programs / PowerSchool Knowledge of the Student Attendance and Report Card Programs (Edsby) Knowledge and experience using KEV accounting and K212 Knowledge of school budget procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in intermediate and secondary school environments would be an asset Rate : $27.
