Responsibilities :
- Database Maintenance : Ensure our databases are up-to-date, accurate, and secure.
- Data Analytics : Analyze data to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve our services.
- Report Creation : Develop comprehensive reports to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.
- Database Creation : Design and implement new databases to support our expanding range of services.
- Database Adjustment : Modify existing databases to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database maintenance and creation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as File Maker or MS Power Apps
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the travel and rewards industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Experience with SQL and programming languages
