Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
Send and receive messages
Prepare invoices and bank deposits
Provide general information to clients and the public
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
File material in storage area
Label, file and retrieve documents
Locate and remove files requested
Organize and schedule office work
Support for newcomers and refugees
Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and / or refugees with experienced employees
Support for youths
Offers mentorship, coaching and / or networking opportunities for youth
Support for Indigenous people
Offers mentorship, coaching and / or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
