Grace Transport Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting & Employee Relations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role supports our workforce, drives effective communication, and ensures smooth recruitment and employee relations processes across the company.

Responsibilities Summary

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all office staff and drivers.
• Verify all pre-employment requirements and maintain compliant employee files.
• Update and maintain orientation documents and company policies.
• Deliver sensitive and confidential information professionally, including progressive discipline.
• Manage employee status changes and communicate updates as required.
• Assist drivers with daily inquiries, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate drug and alcohol testing, injury reporting, and safety documentation as needed.
• Prepare, update, and distribute key operational and HR reports.
• Maintain the Fleet List and determine staffing needs to ensure maximum revenue and operational coverage.
• Lead internal communications, bonus incentive programs, the monthly newsletter, and company events.
• Act as Chair of the Workplace Committee and contribute to ongoing safety and culture initiatives.
• Manage social media, inventory, invoices, and other general administrative duties.
• Work directly with department heads to provide operational and administrative support.
• Support other employee relations matters as they arise.
