Shift Supervisor

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to complement their dynamic and hard-working team.  The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.  This role leads a team of operators and technicians, coordinates workflow, resolves issues in real time and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards.  The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an attractive pay of $29.00 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Direct and monitor production activities during assigned shift to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Allocate labor and resources based on production priorities.
• Ensure equipment is operated according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide daily direction, coaching and support to technicians.
• Train new employees on processes, equipment and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records, production reports and incident documentation.
• Communicate all necessary information to affected departments.
