Project Manager
Talent Masters is representing an elite construction company spearheading a massive landand building development project in Brossard.
The company isrenowned for delivering topnotch construction projects and we areseeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee thismonumental undertaking.
This rolerequires a handson individual with exceptional leadership skillsexcellent executive and presentation skills and a deepunderstanding of construction processes as well as the ability tonavigate complex governmentalregulations.

What YoullDo :
- Serve as the mainpoint of contact and spokesperson for the project liaising withgovernment officials stakeholders and thecommunity.
- Coordinate all project activitiesfrom start to finish including permitting lobbying hiring foremenand overseeing construction phases.
- Collaboratewith governmental bodies to ensure compliance with regulations andobtain necessary approvals.
- Network and buildconnections within the community including becoming a member of theChamber of Commerce and engaging in lobbyingefforts.
- Oversee the preparation and executionof plans including geometric studies and additional tests such assoil analysis.
- Manage the upkeep of the landaddressing any minor maintenance needs as theyarise.
- Handle additional lobbying needs andadvocate for the projects vision in themedia.
- Conduct media interviews and publicappearances to promote the project and garnersupport.
- Lead the contractor hiring processnegotiate contracts and oversee project reviews to ensure qualityand efficiency.
- Possess a strong understandingof the French community and demonstrate charisma in allinteractions.
Who YouAre :
- Bilingualin French and English with an understanding of the local culture inMontreal Canada.
- A seasoned strategic projectmanager with proven experience in fullblown large scaleconstruction development and property management projects.
- Highly articulate and polished comfortablebeing the face of the company interacting with the media lobbyingin the capital with expertise in dealing with governmental bodiesand navigating regulatory processes.
- You haveexceptional communication and networking skills with the ability toengage with diverse stakeholders.
- You havestrong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage amultifaceted project from conception to completion.
- You have at least a bachelors degree inconstruction management engineering or a related field(preferred).
