Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assistance to Office management and office-related projects
  • Participation in the organization of corporate events and clubs
  • Take participation in daily lunch management (Tracking employee attendance, coordinating with caterers, finding new restaurants)
  • Assistance to Operation and HR Managers in any administrative work etc.
  • Coming up with ideas and organizing team-building activities
  • Keeping the office in good working order - Stocking up on supplies and snacks, making sure all equipment is in good working order and that the office is in a clean and organized state.
  • Decorating during holidays and finding new ways to upgrade the look and efficiency of the space.

Would be a plus :

  • Previous experience in tech companies with start-up culture
  • Previous experience in office management and events planning
