Participation in the organization of corporate events and clubs
Take participation in daily lunch management (Tracking employee attendance, coordinating with caterers, finding new restaurants)
Assistance to Operation and HR Managers in any administrative work etc.
Coming up with ideas and organizing team-building activities
Keeping the office in good working order - Stocking up on supplies and snacks, making sure all equipment is in good working order and that the office is in a clean and organized state.
Decorating during holidays and finding new ways to upgrade the look and efficiency of the space.
Would be a plus :
Previous experience in tech companies with start-up culture
Previous experience in office management and events planning
