Key Information :
- A strong working knowledge of various computer systems; Word, Excel, Internal Database system, and Google platform would be a benefit.
- Must be able to assist the project staff on all day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Must have 1-2 years of office or equivalent experience (Recruiting experience an asset).
- Hours : Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday - Friday), over time as required.
- Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description :
Post and manage job postings and various job boards.Pre-Screen and organize applicants in our tracking system.Conduct interviews and facilitate on-boarding and orientations as required.Track and maintain safety tickets and records of the employees.Coordinate and register employees into necessary training and re-certifications.General Administrative duties that include but may not be limited to; answering the phone, directing mail, delivering documents and packages to site, coordinating office visits from out of town guests and booking appropriate meeting facilities as well as supporting our Business Development and Marketing initiatives.Experience and Certification Requirements :
1-2 years of office or equivalent experience is required. (Recruiting experience an asset).Software is heavily used within the organization's processes, the candidate must have strong computer skills and have a history of working within software programs such as : Word, Excel, and be comfortable to learn internal software programs.MUST be able to work independently.Team player.Very good people skills.Excellent communication skills.Project-goal oriented.Proficient in problem solving.Proficient English language skills required.A reliable means of transportation is required.Education : Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
