We are looking for a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to integrate directly into our client’s team and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- You will work alongside existing team members on a daily basis, contributing to design, implementation, and optimization of embedded firmware.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware or Embedded Systems Engineer.Advanced English proficiency.Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.Strong hands‑on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++.Proven experience with ESP32 platforms, preferably ESP32‑C6.Solid understanding of microcontroller architecture, memory management, interrupts, peripherals, and real‑time constraints.Hands‑on experience with audio processing, audio streaming, or real‑time signal handling on embedded devices.Demonstrated experience optimizing firmware for low‑power consumption, performance, and reliability in constrained environments.Experience taking embedded systems from prototype through production, including support for manufacturing bring‑up and field issues.Comfort working closely with hardware teams through multiple board revisions, hardware debugging cycles, and manufacturing timelines.Experience debugging hardware‑software interactions using tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG or SWD debuggers.Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, and testability.Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.Forensic attention to detail.A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and consistently meet agreed expectations.Availability to work a standard 40‑hour work week.What We Offer
