Schedule : Tuesday Saturday 11 : 30 AM 08 : 00 PM

Sunday Thursday 11 : 30 AM 08 : 00 PM

Monday Friday 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Customer centric and personalized solutions oriented (provide solutions for customer concerns / questions)
  • Must be able to help customers with navigating their app and website, have an empathetic approach, assist customers with customer billing, insurance compliance and insurance procedure claims

Qualifications :

  • At least 1-year experience working in customer service, medical industry (preferred)
  • Previous experience living in the US or using US healthcare systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written skills)
  • Experience with Macbook and apple desktop products
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent typing skills (fast and efficient)

Responsabilités :

  • Orienté vers l’expériences client, offrir un service personnalisé à chaque client.
  • Doit être en mesure d’aider les clients avec la navigation de notre application et de notre site web / portail ainsi que répondre et aider avec des questions concernant la facturation, les procédures d’assurance et plus.

Qualifications :

  • Au moins un an d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, dans l’industrie médicale (de préférence)
  • Expérience de la vie aux Etats-Unis ou de l’utilisation des systèmes de santé américains (de préférence)
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (orale et écrite)
  • Expérience avec les produits Macbook et apple desktop
  • Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution et à apprendre rapidement.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes compétences en dactylographie (rapides et efficaces)
