Marketing Coordinator

Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our client in Langley. Our client has deep roots in the community and has built an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities :

• Proposal Coordination Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create compelling proposals for potential clients.
• Awards Coordination Manage the submission process for industry awards, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are of high quality.
• Event Support Provide general marketing support for company events, including planning, promotion, and on-site coordination.
• Marketing Concepts Assist in the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency with InDesign Proficient in using Adobe InDesign for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• PR skills are an asset, with the ability to craft press releases and manage media relationships.
