Description :
Working under the direction of the OCIO Project Manager, the responsibilities of the Senior BA QA will include, but not be limited to the following.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure they align with business goals.
- Participate in acceptance testing and beta testing to validate software functionality.
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of software products and provide actionable feedback.
- Document detailed test scenarios and scripts derived from business requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Other duties
- Completing any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success.
- Assisting the OCIO Project Manager as required.
- Preparing or assisting with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the OCIO Project Manager.
- Working closely with the vendor project team as required.
