Lifetime Dental is an established, progressive and modern Dental Office located in Brantford with a drive for excellence!
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
- Receiving phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Confirm patients' insurance coverage and assist with billing inquires
- Maintain and update patient records continuously
- Assist in manage patients, ensuring a smooth flow upon check-in and check-out
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and addressing their needs appropriately
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain efficient administrative systems
Skills :
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using phone systems and administrative equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding dental terminology, radiographs, and dental procedures
- Abeldent and Recall Max experience a strong asset
Schedule :
- 8-hour shift
- No evenings and no weekend shifts
Ability to Commute / Relocate :
Brantford, Ontario reliably commutes or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education :
Post Secondary School (preferred)
Experience
- Dental Receptionist (2 years preferred) Work Location :
