We are looking to have a Data Integrity Governance Coordinator join our team on contract. The contract is anticipated to last 12-months with a possibility of extension. This position can be held remotely from anywhere in Canada however the shifts will align with standard Eastern Time business hours.

SUMMARY

The Data Integrity Governance (DIG) Coordinator is responsible for the collection, maintenance and governance of all data used to deliver building management services as hosted in an integrated web-based tool. This includes reference information such as dispatch tables, building assignments, vendor enrollment status, building information, equipment lists, etc.

The Data Integrity Governance (DIG) Coordinator be responsible for documentation and utilization of the DGT tool – including documentation, maintenance, communication, adherence to processes and tools.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection & Maintenance

  • Receive, track, and execute data change requests.
  • Secure approvals for data change requests as required.
  • Effectively communicate information gaps to Client Account team members and ensure that all details are obtained prior to processing data change requests.
  • Ensure that proper supporting documentation is provided for data change requests.
  • Ensure full completion of data change intake tool.
  • Adhere to DGT SLAs driven by the priority selected on the data change request.
  • Proactively improve data quality (accuracy and integrity) in partnership with data owners and concerned parties.
  • Develop and provide data collection procedures, tools and templates supporting data governance.
  • Ensure company standards regarding data integrity are adhered to.
  • Assist with successful and seamless data integration of existing clients to DFM.
  • Assist with data collection, clean up and set up for transitions of new clients.

Reporting

  • Develops and generates reports as required
  • Proactively analyze data to identify data quality gaps.
  • Presentation of findings and observations to concerned parties, coordinating any follow up actions.
  • Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Liaise with FMO Leadership to develop and maintain process / procedure documentation.
  • Suggest improvements to DIG processes and tools.
  • Support implementation of approved process improvements, including updates to process documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the success of services delivered by BGIS.
  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • 1-3 years of facility management experience.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up.
  • Ability to capture work procedures provided by others accurately and prepare accurate job plans.
  • Ability to create accurate maintenance schedules based on contract requirements.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems.
